To create, maintain and enhance quality in all spheres is the task of the IQAC or the Internal Quality Assurance Cell. It is a monitoring body which functions under the Chairmanship of the Principal and comprises of senior faculty members, member from the administration, representative of local community, Alumni representative and Students’ Vice President.

The cell believes that quality enhancement is not a one-time goal but a continuous process. IQAC meets often to suggest on various developments in infrastructure, ICT and academics.

Objectives of IQAC

• To develop and implement a process for conscious and consistent improvement in the academic performance of the institution.
• To promote quality enhancement through institutionalization of best practices.
• To promote various activities in light of quality management to sustain and improve the quality parameter of the college
• To provide suggestions and recommendations for conducting special lectures, seminars, workshops and conferences
• To ensure quality teaching – learning process and encourage participationin various activities by students and faculty
• To evaluate and action students’ feedback for reformation in academics and restructure the activities
• To monitor the activities of various committees and cells
• To ensure preparation and timely submission of Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) and All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE) based on the quality parameters
• To advocate institutionalization of quality enhancement policies and best practices
• To channelise all efforts of the institution and take required measures towards promoting its holistic academic excellence.
